MKs from Likud, Religious Zionism, Jewish Power, Noam, Shas and United Torah Judaism signed a letter expressing protest against the arrest of Haredi draft dodgers Meir Tahrani and Ariel Rosenzweig. The letter, initiated by MK Meir Porush, states: "We express protest against their arrest, as part of the Attorney General's arrest operation, following the failure to regulate the status of yeshiva students." Among the signatories are MKs Moshe Arbel, Uriel Busso, Tali Gottlieb, Moshe Gafni, Galit Distal Atbaryan, Zvi Sukkot, Limor Son Har-Melech, Zvi Fogel and Simcha Rothman.
