Police arrested four settlers suspected of blocking a CNN crew's vehicle in the village of Sinjil in Binyamin and causing damage to it. CNN reporters said they were attacked by the suspects, who punctured their vehicle's tires. They contacted the IDF, and a force arrived at the scene and detained the suspects until Border Police and police forces arrived.
