Eisenkot: 'A pattern is developing where a ceasefire is imposed on us in Gaza, Iran and now in Lebanon'

|
Former IDF Chief of Staff and Yisrael Beytenu chairman Gadi Eisenkot said that "the ceasefire stems from the way Netanyahu as prime minister doesn't know how to translate military achievements into political achievements, and therefore the ceasefire is imposed on us for the third time." He added: "A ceasefire should come from a position of strength and from an Israeli decision and position of power in order to serve the negotiations. A pattern is developing where a ceasefire is imposed on us - in Gaza, in Iran and now in Lebanon."
