A 12-year-old electric scooter rider was seriously injured after being hit by a car at the intersection of Derech HaYam and Shlomo HaMelech streets in Haifa. Magen David Adom crews evacuated him to Rambam Hospital in the city, and police have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
