IAI board approves appointment of Boaz Levy as chairman, Moshe Levy named acting CEO

The board of directors of Israel Aerospace Industries approved the appointment of Boaz Levy, the outgoing CEO, as chairman of the board, subject to approval by Defense Minister Israel Katz and Minister of Corporations David Amsalem. Simultaneously, the appointment of Moshe Levy, vice president and head of the Military Aircraft Division, as acting CEO was approved, until a permanent CEO is selected.
