IDF Arabic spokesman, Lieutenant Colonel Avichay Adraee, issued an evacuation notice to Gaza City residents staying in the Gaza port area and the Rimal and Sabra neighborhoods, noting that the IDF is expected to soon attack a tower in the area due to the presence of Hamas terror infrastructure inside or near it. Adraee wrote that residents should evacuate the building southward to the humanitarian zone in Al-Mawasi in the southern Gaza Strip.
