Police are asking the public for help in locating at-risk missing person Abdalrahman Tagabo, 50, from Petah Tikva. He was last seen on Monday, September 14, at 4:30 p.m. near Rothschild Street in the city. According to the police description, he is 1.75 meters tall, has a medium build, short black hair and dark eyes. It was also reported that "anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call the Israel Police hotline at 100 or the Petah Tikva police station at 03-9393444."
