Muhammad Abbas, the son of Ra'am party chairman MK Mansour Abbas, is the 15-year-old who was seriously injured when he was hit by a car while riding an electric bicycle in Marar in the Lower Galilee. He was evacuated to Poriya Hospital in Tiberias and transferred to Rambam Hospital in Haifa in stable condition, suffering from a head injury.
