The Hebrew University in Jerusalem has informed its staff that it will join the call of the hostages' families and bereaved families of the "October Council" and will strike on Sunday. In an internal email, the university administration and deans wrote, "We will not stand idly by. Returning the hostages is a mission of supreme value, taking precedence over all other goals, however important they may be. We call on the Israeli government to do everything necessary, including stopping the war, to bring the hostages back now."
