Knesset Legal Adviser Attorney Sagit Afik sent a letter to the Knesset Committee, in which she explained that there is a legal difficulty in the fact that the Torah Study Basic Law, which was supposed to be discussed in the Constitution Committee, was transferred to the Knesset Committee. The legal adviser who was supposed to participate in the discussions in the Knesset Committee will not be able to participate in the Constitution Committee, which creates an additional difficulty in the process.
