The IDF detained 15 foreign nationals suspected of violating public order and defying a lawful order during a confrontation near an outpost in the village of Kafr Lubban al-Sharqiya in the West Bank. They were transferred to police custody and an investigation was opened. In addition, police and the IDF detained two suspects, an Israeli citizen and a foreign national in their 20s and 30s, following a report of a confrontation near the Carmel settlement in the southern Hebron Hills, during which two Israelis were allegedly attacked. Allegations of attempted weapon theft and mutual assault between the parties are being examined. The two were brought before a court and released under restrictive conditions, including a ban from entering Judea and Samaria until January 1.
