Negotiations for a security agreement between Israel and Syria will resume tomorrow - after being frozen about two months ago, an Israeli official reported. Representing Israel in the talks will be Roman Gofman, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's military secretary, Israeli Ambassador to Washington Yehiel Leiter and acting National Security Council head Gil Reich. Syria will be represented by Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shibani, with American envoy Tom Barac serving as mediator.
