A political source stated that "the cabinet approved today granting immunity to the ISF (International Stabilization Force) that will operate in areas beyond the yellow line in the Gaza Strip, in territory not under IDF control," but added that "in practice, the entry of any force from the ISF will require individual approval from the prime minister, defense minister and foreign minister." It was further noted that "Israel will approve which countries can send forces - only countries with which we have peace agreements and that do not act against the State of Israel. At this stage, we are talking about only 200 representatives from friendly countries such as Uganda and Morocco." It was also stated that "the IDF will continue to hold the yellow line and there will be no withdrawal whatsoever as long as Hamas is not completely disarmed and the Strip is not fully demilitarized."
