The IDF Radio (Galei Tzahal) Workers' Committee announced that the Ministry of Defense has instructed to terminate the employment of some presenters who are employed as consultants, starting January 1. The Workers' Committee filed a petition to the High Court of Justice against the closure of the station, along with a request for an interim order to prevent damage to the channel's broadcasts. The decision comes after the government's approval to close the military station. The decision does not affect some presenters who are employed as civilian IDF employees.
