Kisch said there is 'no dispute whatsoever' about the PISA test results and that the gaps 'relate to interpretation.' According to Kisch, he is not surprised by the results, since 'the tests took place about a year and a half after the outbreak of the war, the hostages have not yet returned, our forces are inside Gaza and Lebanon and there has still been no decisive victory.'
