President Isaac Herzog spoke at the graduation ceremony of the pilots course at the Israeli Air Force Museum in Hatzerim, addressing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's visit to the United States. He said that he "hopes that the Prime Minister's diplomatic journey to Washington and his meetings with President Trump will indeed translate into an imminent and urgent hostage deal, and a change of direction in the Middle East - one that will expand the circle of peace." He added: "Bringing home the hostages is a sacred duty. We must take every step in our power, and certainly we must not rest or be quiet for a moment - not even for a moment, until they return to their homeland landscape. All of them - down to the very last one."
