Health Ministry bans use of hair straightening product suspected of causing hospitalization

|
The Health Ministry is warning the public against using the 'Revival Miracle' hair straightening product, following the hospitalization of a woman at Rambam Hospital in Haifa after using the product. A ministry inspection revealed that the product was marketed without a license or notification regarding cosmetic marketing, and that according to the product label, it contains glyoxylic acid, which is prohibited for use in hair straightening products in Israel. The product is manufactured by P.R. Colordesign. The ministry is calling on the public and salon owners to immediately stop using the product and to refrain from purchasing or marketing it.
