The High Court of Justice bans the use of the Eleqtor app or any other form of voter tracking in elections, following petitions filed on the matter. This is a reversal of the Central Elections Committee's decision, which approved the app's use earlier this month. Justice Yael Willner justified the decision by stating it constitutes an "infringement on the right to privacy" and that "the Central Elections Committee is not authorized to permit party representatives at polling stations to act in accordance with the practice in question."
