El Al announced that due to developments between Russia and Ukraine, it is suspending operations on the Tel Aviv-Moscow route for the coming days. The airline said a situation assessment will be conducted next week, after which a decision will be made regarding resumption of the route. 'Passengers will be updated accordingly and will be offered a choice between various alternatives,' the statement said. The decision was made following multiple Ukrainian drone strikes on Russian territory, including in the capital Moscow. A week ago, Kyiv bombed an oil terminal in Moscow, causing massive damage.
