Report: Turkish official discussed second phase of Gaza plan with Hamas delegation

The head of Turkey's MIT intelligence agency, Ibrahim Kalin, met with Hamas negotiation team leader Khalil al-Hayya and discussed "the necessary steps to advance to the second phase of the peace plan for Gaza." This was reported by Turkish security sources to Reuters news agency. The sources said Kalin met with a Hamas delegation in Istanbul, and they also discussed steps to prevent "Israeli violations of the ceasefire."
