London police announced the arrest of Hadush Gebreselassie Kebato, an Ethiopian migrant convicted of sexual offenses against a 14-year-old girl and a woman, who was supposed to be deported but was mistakenly released. In footage shared on social media Friday, a man matching Kebato's description was seen talking with people in downtown Chelmsford, located northeast of London. He was released from prison in Chelmsford and, according to police, boarded a train to London. He was captured in the Finsbury Park area in the north of the capital city.
