Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich argued last night during a security discussion that lasted about five hours and dealt among other things with the threat of Hezbollah's explosive drones. Netanyahu demanded defensive solutions and reiterated his demand that the IDF develop a response. The minister said: 'We can't defend ourselves in my opinion, we need to take down ten buildings in Dahieh in response to every drone.' Netanyahu did not like the solution and said: 'What are you suggesting? That every time there's a drone we take down ten buildings? And when there's a drone in Gaza we take down ten buildings in Gaza? And when there's a drone from the West Bank we take down ten buildings in the West Bank? And then when there's a drone from a crime family we take down ten buildings in Ramla?' Smotrich replied: 'Unequivocally yes.'
