The IDF's Persian-language spokesperson, Lt. Col. (Res.) Kamal Pinhasi, issued an evacuation notice to those in the "Hakimiyeh" industrial area in Tehran and to those near Payam Karaj Airport. "In the coming hours, the IDF will operate in the area," it stated.
