The indictment attributes to him offenses of obtaining something by fraud under aggravating circumstances, causing serious bodily harm, assault, practicing dentistry in violation of the law, forgery under aggravating circumstances and more. The indictment reveals that Rokhlenko is a dental technician with only a practical license level.
