A 32-year-old man, who is being treated by the Defense Ministry's Rehabilitation Department, attempted to enter the department's offices in Haifa after pouring liquid on himself. He climbed the fence and sustained a minor leg injury while trying to escape. Security guards managed to stop and calm him down, and police and emergency services called to the scene evacuated him to the emergency room at Rambam Hospital in the city for psychiatric evaluation. The man is dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder resulting from Operations Pillar of Defense and Protective Edge.
