IDF Arabic-language spokesman Brig. Gen. Avichay Adraee issued a dramatic expansion of the evacuation warning to residents of southern Lebanon, calling on everyone south of the Zahrani River to move north. According to Adraee, "Hezbollah terrorists' actions force the IDF to act against it with full force."
