Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara stated at the Israel Bar Association conference that 'most disputes with the government have been resolved. Claims that we are not cooperating with the government are disconnected from reality.' However, the Attorney General criticized the government, saying 'the regime change has accelerated significantly, and disregard and defiance toward the law are notably present. The Israeli system of government is changing before our eyes at an alarming pace, primarily through the weakening of democratic institutions, especially the judicial branch.'
