"The United Arab Emirates strongly condemns all forms of violence and terrorism, and emphasizes that attacks must be condemned anywhere in the world, without any justification and without any excuse. The United Arab Emirates expresses sincere and deep condolences to the families of the victims and wishes a full and speedy recovery to all the wounded," he stated.
