Police arrested Siman Tov Levy, a man in his 50s, on suspicion of harassing a famous singer after he violated restraining order conditions imposed on him by a police officer. According to the allegations, Levy repeatedly attended her performances, filmed her and even traveled to Ashdod in an attempt to meet her at the synagogue where she prays. The complaint against him was filed on October 18 and he was arrested. Just hours after being released under restraining order conditions, he attended her performance again, sat in the front row and filmed her. The singer, who spotted him in the audience, filed a complaint against him with police. Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court extended his detention until tomorrow. During his interrogation, the suspect said he is an avid fan of the singer and wanted to meet her face to face.
