Fire and Rescue Services reported that the fire in the Ben Shemen Forest area has been brought under control and that all traffic routes and roads in the area that were blocked earlier have been reopened to full and routine traffic. As of now, crews on the ground continue final extinguishing and ground cooling operations to prevent flare-ups due to weather conditions and winds.
