Munich Airport shut down again due to unidentified drone

Franz Josef Strauss Airport in Munich announced once again disruptions and flight cancellations due to an unidentified drone that invaded its airspace early morning. 23 flights were diverted, in addition to 12 canceled flights that were due to arrive in Munich and 24 flights that were preparing to depart from the airport to other destinations. According to the airport's announcement, about 6,500 passengers were affected. Drones were also spotted near the airport's airspace yesterday - and at least 17 flights were canceled following the report.
