The United Arab Emirates will restrict the use of social media to ages 15 and above. The UAE's Ministry of Communications (GDMO) announced that under the law, private use of social media accounts will be banned and full access to features on various platforms will be limited. The UAE is the first Arab country to implement laws of this kind.
