Golan: 'Likelihood of campaign against Iran growing, Netanyahu lacks public trust to manage it'

|
Amid the possibility of renewed war with Iran, Democrats Chairman Yair Golan said that 'Israel's security must not be allowed to become a tool in Netanyahu's political survival struggle.' On his X account, he wrote: 'The likelihood of another campaign against Iran is growing. Netanyahu does not have the public trust required to manage such a campaign – nor moral legitimacy or even basic capability.' According to him, a situation in which Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Israel Katz and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir continue to hold key positions is 'a danger to Israel' and 'must end.'
