Ultra-Orthodox extremists are blocking traffic on Route 4 in both directions near the Yavne Junction, protesting the arrest of two draft dodgers in Rishon LeZion who were sentenced to 20 days in military prison. The protesters belong to the 'Hartzafnikim' group, students of Rabbi Tzvi Friedman from the Jerusalem Faction.
