The Miluim Party and Hakalkalit announced that Amcha Yisrael, led by Ofer Winter, requested a surplus vote agreement between the parties, but the former refused. "We see Winter as a worthy person and potential partner, but as long as he does not commit to sitting only in a Zionist government, we will not put our voters at risk that their votes will go to Netanyahu's ultra-Orthodox bloc with the Haredi parties," the party stated. "We are calling on Winter again: there are two hours left to sign a surplus vote agreement. Choose an alliance with Miluim instead of an alliance with the ultra-Orthodox parties."
