Report: Zelensky offers Trump $100 billion deal in exchange for security guarantees

Ukraine is proposing to the United States an agreement under which it would commit to purchasing American weapons worth $100 billion in exchange for security guarantees, as part of a deal to end the war with Russia. This was reported by the British newspaper "Financial Times." Under the agreement, Washington and Kyiv would also arrange for Ukrainian companies to produce drones worth $50 billion. According to the report, these terms appeared as discussion points ahead of the White House summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky, which was also attended by European leaders.
