Four Palestinians were killed and 19 others wounded when an IED detonated near the Kerem Shalom border crossing with Israel, the Gaza Strip's health ministry reported Wednesday.
The four victims were mortally wounded when an explosive device they had hurled toward the northern border fence unexpectedly detonated on them during riots at the border.
