The IDF revealed on Saturday evening footage showing Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and his family entering a tunnel on October 6, one day before the deadly massacre in Israeli border communities.
"According to our intelligence, Sinwar hid mostly between Khan Younis and Rafah, emerging only for brief escapes with his security detail," the IDF said.
Sinwar was killed in an IDF operation last Wednesday, marking his first encounter with Israeli forces in Gaza after a year underground.
