Ra'am party leader Mansour Abbas Wednesday signed an agreement with Yair Lapid and Naftali Bennett, which will allow the Yesh Atid head to announce to President Reuven Rivlin that he had succeeded in forming a government. Two signatures remaining are that Yamina and New Hope.
