Health Ministry Director-General Hezi Levi said Thursday that the high coronavirus infection rates have caused "great stress" on hospitals, but insists they "are not collapsing. The health system is not collapsing. The health system is heroic — in the community and in hospitals."
He implored the public to adhere to health guidelines and avoid all gatherings.
