Netanyahu to U.S. Iran envoy: Some things can’t wait until after coronavirus

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu referred on Tuesday to a remark by Defense Minister Benny Gantz a day earlier that “whatever isn’t connected to fighting coronavirus will wait until after the virus, period” in his meeting with U.S. Special Representative for Iran Brian Hook.
“We have very important topics to discuss, even ones that can’t wait until after corona,” Netanyahu said.
“Iran is preventing inspectors from entering nuclear sites, is increasing its aggression and many countries are aiding it,” he added. “I thank the U.S. for taking steps against Iran.”
