Unknown assailants punctured the tires of about 40 vehicles and sprayed inscriptions on nearby walls in the Arab east Jerusalem neighborhood Shu'afat on Sunday night.
One of the inscriptions that were spray-painted reads: "When Jews get stabbed do not remain silent."
Investigators and police forensics have launched an investigation.
