2,085 new virus cases diagnosed since midnight

The Health Ministry says that 2,085 people in Israel tested positive for the coronavirus in the last 24 hours. This is the second consecutive day that the the number of newly diagnosed cases suppresses the 2,000 mark.
There are currently 20,960 people actively suffering from COVID-19 in Israel, with 415 people in serious condition and 117 on ventilators.
The death toll from the virus in Israel now stands at 956.
