MK Mansour Abbas's Ra'am party, recently allied with PM, will skip no-confidence vote

After the Joint List announced their support for the bill to dissolve the Knesset, members of the Ra'am faction under the leadership of Mansour Abbas said they would be absent from the plenum during the vote.
Abbas has forged an alliance with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in recent weeks to "promote matters important to the party's constituents," he said.
