Hezbollah still has a strong presence in southern Lebanon, according to Dr. Walid Phares, a Washington-based foreign policy expert.
He told ILTV that the reality on the ground is that while Hezbollah may no longer have high-rise buildings in the south due to Israeli bombardments, the organization remains active along the southern border and in southern Beirut.
