The State of Israel has lost more than 100,000 dunams of land to Palestinian illegal construction and agricultural activity, according to Naomi Kahn, director of the International Division of Regavim.
However, the government is now beginning to crack down.
“In the past two years, we have seen a policy shift, and we are pleased that the Israeli government has adopted Regavim’s recommendations and is now enforcing the law in a way it has not done in decades,” Kahn said.
