Coalition loses majority; legislator jumps ship

The coalition of Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Wednesday, lost its narrow majority with the defection of MK Idit Silman to the opposition.
Silman announced she was leaving the coalition after some speculate, she was ensured a position in the Likud party.
She did not discuss her decision with Bennett or Foreign Minister and alternative prime minister Yair Lapid.
