At least nine people were killed and four injured in a Russian attack on a bus in the Sumy region of northern Ukraine, according to Igor Tkachenko, head of the military administration in the region. He added that medical and rescue teams were dispatched to the scene. The attack occurred hours after negotiations between Russia and Ukraine were held yesterday in Turkey.
