Netanyahu: Proud to lead a government with an Ethiopian minister

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Thursday during a state memorial ceremony for Ethiopian Jews who perished on their way to Israel, that he is, "very proud to head a government that has, for the first time, a minister, and a deputy minister of the Ethiopian descent."
Netanyahu added that "this is a landmark for the people of Israel and the State of Israel that you are here in your position," referring to Minister of Aliyah and Integration Pnina Tamano-Shata from Blue & White, and MK Gadi Jibrakan from the Likud.
