An Israeli diplomatic delegation embarked to Russia on Thursday after the country's Justice Ministry ordered to dissolve the local branch of the Jewish Agency.
The mission will be headed by National Security Adviser Eyal Hulata and representatives of the Foreign Ministry and the Jewish Agency.
